Double-click to collapse panels
Panels are no longer collapsed by clicking on the active tab. Instead, double-click on any tab to collapse the panel.
Style Active panel shows rules with :after and :before pseudo selectors
:after, ::after, :before and ::before selectors are used to insert content after or before an element with a CSS rule. Active style panel now lists such CSS rules.
